Digital delivery
Services are delivered electronically. There are no physical products or shipping charges. The project agreement identifies the files, formats, access permissions and delivery channel. Website design does not automatically include domain registration, ongoing hosting or maintenance.
Estimated timelines
Current package estimates are 5–7 business days for Content Essentials, 7–10 for Marketing Blueprint, 10–15 for Landing Page and 15–20 for Business Website. These are estimates for individual projects, not guaranteed deadlines. The written agreement establishes the start date after required materials, access and agreed payment conditions are satisfied. Combined services need a confirmed schedule.
Feedback and dependencies
A nominated client contact should provide consolidated feedback at agreed milestones. Missing content, delayed access, third-party outages or scope changes may affect delivery. Any revised schedule should be communicated and agreed; silence is not treated by this website as acceptance of work.
Included revisions
The package description and project agreement determine the included revision rounds. Revisions address the agreed direction and scope. Requests outside that scope require approval of any additional price or time before work proceeds. Corrections necessary to meet the agreed requirements should be distinguished from requests for new work.
Review and handover
Before final handover, the parties should confirm the agreed deliverables and any outstanding corrections. The agreement should specify acceptance criteria, editable files, licenses and ownership. Support, maintenance, hosting renewals and later changes require explicit inclusion or a separate agreement.
Delays or cancellation
If a material delay occurs, the parties should discuss a revised schedule or cancellation and settlement under the applicable project agreement. See Cancellations & Refunds for cancellation and refund terms.
