Requests and project agreements
Pionner Global Services LLC offers digital project services. Adding services to a cart or submitting a request does not create a paid order, reserve capacity or authorize a charge. We review your requirements and confirm deliverables, price, schedule and payment terms in a separate written project agreement before work begins.
Pricing and payment
Displayed packages are one-time projects in US dollars. Applicable taxes, domains, hosting, advertising spend, paid tools and licensed assets are additional unless expressly included in writing. Expanded or combined projects require a confirmed quote. Payments are handled by a separately issued invoice; this website does not collect card details or create a recurring subscription.
Your responsibilities and changes
Provide accurate business information, timely feedback and content you are authorized to use. Share credentials only through an agreed secure channel. Included revision rounds refine the agreed scope. Additional deliverables or a changed direction require written agreement on any additional price and schedule before work proceeds.
Ownership and delivery
The project agreement specifies ownership or licenses for final deliverables, transfer conditions and whether source files are included. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their own licenses. Digital delivery, revisions and estimates are explained on the Delivery & Revisions page. Ongoing maintenance is included only when agreed in writing.
Portfolio and outcomes
FORM and ORBIT are fictional, AI-generated design concepts, not commissioned client work or performance case studies. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, leads or approval by a financial institution and claim no bank affiliation.
Fair use and applicable rights
Do not use this site for unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement or unauthorized access. Services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. The project agreement and applicable law govern each engagement. Nothing on this website excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to these website terms do not automatically change an existing signed agreement.
